- Tekneq CMS is intended for authorized internal staff and approved users only.
- You may use the service to manage website content, connected client data, and Google Business Profile publishing workflows.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access, edit, and publish content for each connected account or location.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for activity that occurs under your account, and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
Third-Party Services
Tekneq CMS integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile APIs, WordPress sites, and related hosting or infrastructure providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Attempt to interfere with service security, availability, or other users' access.
- Use connected Google or WordPress integrations beyond the permissions granted to you.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tekneq CMS from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Tekneq CMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekneq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
